Transport Damage



Despite careful packaging, a part has been damaged due to shipping?

No problem, we have completed one transport insurance for you. Please fill out the form and send it to our email address. To be sure that the insurance company pays the damage, you must enclose meaningful photos, especially from the damaged package. You will receive feedback how quickly we can deliver the replacement.

Notice of transport damage.

Only if the following is observed, the transport insurance pays the damage:

  1. The parcel was accepted in person. The package wasn’t parked with consent in a room.
  2. The packaging has been inspected for external damage when it is accepted and visible transport damage was confirmed in writing on the relevant papers. 
  3. We were informed within 6 business days about transport damage. No transport damage can be claimed after expiry of the period.
