Heated Filter - Method for PCDD and PCDF sampling according to EN 1948

 

Beginning with the heated suction tube,which is not included, the gas flows at first through the heated filter (our standard plane filter device) and afterwards through the condensate trap cooled by ice water or by cooler. 

Followed by two adsorption traps. The PVC-support can fix at the cooling pot.

The adsorber chambers have a GL 60 thread, so that they can closed for the transportation into the laboratory and easy filled with XAD or PU-foams.

  • condensate collection vessel with Duran glass links (30.0-E-X) and aluminium pot with steel cooling coil,

  • double Duran glass filter chamber for XAD resins (30.923) with holder (PVC) and closing caps,
  • seals, material: PTFE.
