Heated Power-Plant-Probe with integrated heated filter in front of probe Ø 64 / 60 mm

The probe can be used in power plants with high concentration of sulphuric acid droplets in the flue gas.

• plane filter holder in the front part of the heated suction tube,
• separate controlled high performance heater cartridge around plane filter and conical entry,
• thermocouple measures the gas temperature to avoid condensation,
• no wrongness dust measurement take place.

• electrical heated 230 V with two separate heater cartridges,
• performance filter device: 400 W, with integrated Thermocouple NiCrNi,
• suction tube ca. 400 W/m, with integrated Thermocouple NiCrNi,
• integrated Thermocouple NiCrNi  to measure the gas temperature behind the plane filter,
• support for the plane filter Ø 45 mm,
• fixed inner tube 10 x 1 mm,
• outer-Ø 65 mm, after ca. 150 mm outer-Ø 60 mm,
• two 220 V power supply and two connecttions for the thermocouple NiCr-Ni to regulate the front and probe heater,
• material: Titanium.
