Pyrometer (High Temperature Measurement)

Pyrometer (High Temperature Measurement)

Measurement of the gas temperature with pyrometer
according to VDI/VDE and IFRF

For the determination of the temperature in the afterburning zone should be measured only the gas temperature and not the radiative exchange between the thermocouple and its surroundings.

For such measurement you need our robust suction pyrometers:

  • thermocouple is located in the front of the pyrometer,
  • ceramics shielded the IR radiation from the combustion chamber,
  • sucked gases flows around the shielded thermocouple,
  • reading of the temperature without correction,
  • pyrometer fully jacked and cooled,
  • oxygen measurement in the sucked and cooled gas is possible,
  • rapid exchange of broken ceramics by our special bayonet coupling.
