Heated Gothe-Gas Sample Probe
Filter heater
the special high performance heating cartridge (~ 400 Watt (230 V)) permits controlled heating of the complete filter housing and probe up to 300 °C. This ensures reliable operation external to the process preventing the temperature falling below the dew-point, as requested 180 °C in the Standard.

Suction Tube
- Ø 25 mm,
- fixed inner tube with 6 mm internal diameter,
- entrance: internal thread G ½,
- electrical heated with high performance heating cartridge (~ 400 W),

- length: 1000 mm, 1500 mm or 2000 mm.
Temperature Controller
- by self acting controller,
- mounted at the heater in one aluminum box with switch signal lamp,
- calibration gas flows in front of the filter, that makes sure that the calibration take place under the same condition as the sampling,
- temperature setting: 50..300 °C, with 10 °C increments.
Probe for continuous gas sampling
- pre-filter at entrance probe,
- main filter element with low stagnant space,
- universal applicability,
- avoiding contamination of the clean gas path and also maintaining the integrity of the system.
