Technical details:

• flexible jacket material (Inconel), electrically isolated, class 1, with big DIN-plug,
• permitted deviation acc. class 1 DIN EN 60 584-2: 1,5 °C or 0,004 * (t) °C. (( t ) = numeric value of temperature in °C without algebraic signs),
• Range of application for NiCr-Ni: -220 °C .. +1150 °C,
• Response time: t90 = ca. 3 sec.

For the Pyrometer the NiCr-Ni 500 mm must be longer as the nominal length of the pyrometer.

Cable from compensation cables (KC) for NiCr-Ni type K

To connect our thermocouples with temperature measuring device. Compensation cables made of materials which only in a limited temperature range have the same thermoelectric properties as the thermocouple itself.

Technical details:

• front Pt10%Rh sheat (3 mm Ø, 350 mm length) with thermocouple wire PtRh-Pt,
• after 350 mm sleeve with special heat resistant Inconel extension with outer sheath (3 mm, material- no. 2.4816),
• inside wire thermocouple type S, particularly robust: Ø 0,4 - 0,5 mm !

Can be used only in cooled Pyrometer!

For the Pyrometer the thermocouple must be 350 mm longer than the nominal length of the pyrometer.

Additional equipment for round drying tower, Stainless Steel tube with thread.

By the use of this steel-tube, the drying-tower can be used as a condensate-trap.

• tube screwed in the thread of the cover from the drying-tower,
• the lateral fast coupling must be placed on the top,
• the top closing cap must be placed at the lateral entrance.

• The gas flows from the top in and out and because of the 180° turn, water droplets will be separated.

Seal drying tower
