Filter and valve for Tar sampling line

All parts for the big heater for the TAR sampling line, according modul 2 from CEN/TS 15439.

Consisting of:

1. Adapter inner tube to fix the inner tube at the exit of the suction tube for inner tubes, at both sides outer screw G ½, material: stainless steel.

2. Socket closing valve: stainless-steel with carbon sealing, extra long shaft, entrance: G½ inner thread, exit: G½ external thread. For position inside the big heater, could be used without opening of the heater casing.

3. Tubular-Filter-Device for dust range < 2000 mg/m³, according to VDI 2066, part 2, for manual dust measurement up to 2000 mg/m³: Separator with a filtering cartridge (cartridge stuffed with quartz-wool or with quartz-thimbles), entrance: internal thread G ½, exit: external thread G ½, material: Stainless Steel.

4. NiCr-Ni inside filter device, behind the thimble.

5. Extension for monting on the exit of the filter device. Entry: G ½ internal thread, Exit: G ½ external thread, total length ca. 100 mm, material: Stainless Steel.

6. Coolling Coil, 3 m coiled, entry G½ thread for the exit of the last filter, exit smooth for hoses.
